Seven years at NBCUniversal. A decade in media data. I turn complexity into decisions.
Media analyst, AI workflow builder, and project manager. I find the signal in complex datasets, structure it for decision-makers, and build the tools that make it repeatable.
Seven years at NBCUniversal across NBC News and Ad Sales. I understand how content strategy, viewership data, competitive benchmarking, and inventory work from the inside, having done it live through elections, Olympics, Super Bowls, awards season, breaking news, and California fire season.
I turn complex, messy datasets into concise insights that executives act on. Whether it is viewership patterns, inventory forecasts, survey analysis, or competitive benchmarking, I find the story and structure it clearly for the room.
I have coordinated across engineering, product, sales, legal, and external vendors, driving alignment and delivery without direct authority. I am a natural bridge between technical and business stakeholders, and I document everything clearly along the way.
I design AI workflows and internal tools that eliminate hours of manual effort. I bring this mindset to every team, constantly identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale so people can focus on higher-value work.
Proactively designed and pitched a structured framework for AI adoption at 4media Group before it became a formal initiative, including usage guidelines, workflow templates, and a custom AI agent with defined rules and guardrails.
During the pandemic, as months of isolation took a toll on the organization, Sara joined an HR-led brainstorming group tasked with finding ways to support employees. She and a colleague developed the concept: a live virtual session featuring Today Show talent sharing how they took care of their mental health during the crisis. The one-hour Teams event brought NBC News Group together and was later featured as a segment on The Today Show.

Designed custom NFC-enabled keychains that tap directly to this portfolio, created for conference networking. A physical product that bridges in-person introductions with a digital first impression.

I am a creative problem-solver who finds energy at the intersection of technology, people, and data. I love building solutions that eliminate tedious manual work, whether that is an AI workflow that saves a team hours every week, or an insight map that helps a client see their market clearly for the first time.
I have always been drawn to technology early. When something new comes out, I am usually one of the first to explore it, understand it, and find a practical use for it. That same instinct is what led me to start building AI workflows before most teams knew they needed them.
I am also always learning. If I am not listening to an audiobook, I am picking up a new skill. Lately that means working through Anthropic's AI courses and staying current with where the industry is heading.
SoCal trails, open skies, mountain climbs, and nights under the stars. Joshua Tree is a personal favorite. The desert sky at night is something else entirely.
Weekend mornings at a local shelter: cleaning kennels, socializing dogs, interviewing potential adopters, and helping match each dog with the right family. Few things are more rewarding than watching that moment happen.
Whether somewhere completely new or a place that already feels familiar, every trip adds a different perspective and usually a pretty good story.
